I sure did Sunday proud yesterday, with a wine tour @emmerandrye including a Spanish Cava, Italian Piedirosso, and French Pinot Noir. Thanks to @thedishstance for the great company and, as always, the good people at Emmer who always deliver! If you’ve never sat at the Chef’s Counter, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Kevin Fink, owner and exec chef, is partnering with @michaelchernow of @seamoresnyc and @naomipomeroy of Beast in Portland for what’s sure to be a spectacular dinner for #southbites, sponsored by @kitchenaidusa, on Monday, 3/13. Tix are pretty steep at $200/pop, but can you imagine the foodgasms that will be had?! ??
